Its origin was due to the establishment of the Ovaltine factory in this area, since they needed their employees to live in a nearby place so that they did not have to deal with the climatic conditions of the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project we worked on in the suburbs of Villa Park was a house divided into three levels: basement, ground floor and first level. Our proposal was an open space in the common areas on the ground floor; an office\/guest room in the basement; and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom on the upper floor.
