Located on the street Michoacan between Atlixco and Amatlan, in the Condesa neighborhood, this 10-story building, which has a semi-open floor plan with Art Deco trend, featured a remodeling on both fronts in 2010.

Due to the easily noticeable earthquakes in the area, the building suffered severe cracks in both its exterior facades and interiors.

In MMATT Architects, we set out to strengthen the building, alongside to repair all those cracks. We placed a concrete skin with black finish on the main face, modulating it horizontally to generate a duality of colors and give more volume to the main facade of the building.
