Design and construction of a 60's apartment, using contemporary and sophisticated materials, in one of the neighborhoods that currently is fashionable and in renovation of many of its urban spaces.

Napoles neighborhood and landmarks include the World Trade Center, a complex with offices, restaurants, cinemas and stores; and the Polyforum Cultural Siqueiros, a performing arts center decorated with an adjacent garden with distinctive murals created by David Alfaro Siqueiros, one of the most representative Mexican muralists.

In this project, the main goal was to structurally change the space of the apartment, removing some walls in order to open spaces and allow residents to freely use the integration of the common areas. As well, the luminaires from floor to ceiling were designed and made on metal preforated by laser, and use LED technology to recreate a bohemian atmosphere.
