- PROGRAM: CONSTRUCTION
At the beginning of this year, the design and development of a new subdivision began in the municipality of Chignahuapan, Puebla.
This new project consists of sustainable house prototypes with a contemporary idea, taking into account the materials of the area to generate comfort in warmth, lighting, security and habitability. Each of the houses will be integrated into their own green spaces of approximately 140 m2, which will make them more beneficial from a physical and mental point of view.
This project is undoubtedly a commitment to the short, medium and long term, since as it is a sustainable world trend design, both maintenance and energy savings will generate less and less input, not to mention that given the favorable climate of the area, is optimal for solar and rainwater harvesting.
In addition, this subdivision will have the project of a minimalist style chapel in which the user is in constant use of its facilities, as well as adjoining green areas; This chapel model intends to be a space of constant movement from the inside to the outside without doors or limitations, an open and simple project of tranquility, meditation and coexistence for the new tenants.
