In collaboration with IMPACTO ESPACIOS, the area was designed and projected for a first-generation office with a totally modernist language where the spaces are governed by their own characteristics, materials and spatial barriers, rather than by dividing walls.

This concept generates totally open and attractive spaces, hand in hand with an efficient lighting system and an air conditioning system. Thus, the result is first class offices.

The project was designed and executed based on the same premise of any major corporation in the world. This means that both the client and the worker are in smart and comfortable facilities, both with artificial and natural light and green spaces within the same place.
