Subdivision located in front of the Meritorious Autonomous University of Puebla Campus Chignahuapan, an area with a large number of schools and sports services, as well as green areas. This development is made up of 40 individual houses and 80 interest rate plus duplexes, distributed in 2 blocks.

Each house has technology that makes them sustainable and friendly to the environment, as they have reflective paint on the interior walls, underground installations, thermal finishes on internal and adjoining walls, green areas, solar heater, environmentally friendly waterproofing, technology LEDs and water-saving mechanisms in handles, showers and toilets.
