Located on Michoacán street, between Atlixco and Amatlán, in the Condesa neighborhood, this 10-story building, which has a semi-open floor plan with an Art Deco trend, had both facades remodeled in 2010.

Due to telluric movements, easily perceptible in the area, the building suffered severe cracks, both on its exterior and interior facades.

At MMATT Arquitectos we set out to strengthen the building, while repairing all those openings. We placed a concrete skin with a black finish on the main face, modulating horizontally to generate a duality of colors and give more volume to the main façade of the building.
