In one of the quadrants closest to the historic center of Puebla, there is a building designed entirely by MMATT Arquitectos. Due to the convenient characteristics of the land in terms of dimensions, roads and services, the result was totally favorable, both for the owners and for the visual impact of the area. Conceptually, like many other projects, the task was to work together the aesthetic and functional approach for an office. Following the client's requirements, we managed to create a building with two commercial premises, 32 offices with different sizes, roof garden areas and two parking floors for 35 cars.
A line of modern and attractive architecture, in addition to our range of materials and shapes, allowed us to create spacious spaces with large terraces where natural light enters through the different cores of each of the offices. In addition to this, we provide diversification to the interior of the building. We find offices with different capacities and characteristics.
Thus, we change the mold of many office projects in which users must adapt to a repetitive workspace in shape and dimension.
The result was, without a doubt, an elegant, attractive building that met the requirements of the most demanding client.
