For this project, in collaboration with Impacto Espacios, MMATT Arquitectos was asked for support to revitalize and create more attractive, functional and elegant internal spaces (without generating a higher cost) in a subdivision of more than 10 residences located in one of the most pleasant areas and cozy in the south of Mexico City.

Although the design of the space was correct, the choice of materials was not entirely correct, for this reason an exploded view of white tile was added in the kitchen and a couple of wooden lambrines were created for the living room and the main bedroom so that give continuity to the treatment of the floor, likewise, materials were modified, both on the floor and on the walls and new elements such as railings and lights were added.

Each and every one of the movements was designed by the hand of an architectural project of finishes, lighting, carpentry and 3d visualization in detail, this allowed us to deliver the greatest number of tools for the construction of the residences.
