The Condesa neighborhood is considered one of the trendiest, especially among young executives, artists, students and others. Due to its characteristics, it has been compared to the Soho neighborhood in New York and the Latin Quarter in Paris. Its avenues are wide and flanked by trees. This neighborhood is mostly residential, but is full of restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and art galleries.

The design of a roof garden on the roof of a house from the 1960s, located next to two of the most emblematic avenues of Condesa, started from the idea of building a staircase covered by a tempered glass dome to allow the passage of the light inside the house and, at the same time, communicate with the roof garden.
