With the firm purpose of creating a large space for a luxury apartment, in one of the largest cities in the world, it was proposed to integrate the penthouse with the roof garden, using a contemporary design that allows the occupants to enjoy their space.

This project was conceived to be a self-sufficient and sustainable construction, so the priority was to generate large interior spaces naturally lit from the four cardinal points to take advantage of daylight and maintain an excellent temperature throughout the year; On the other hand, the roof garden was adapted to create a sustainable urban garden.
